The Minnesota Trucking Association (MTA) has represented the interests of the state's motor carrier industry since 1932. With almost 700 member companies, the MTA is a powerful voice for the industry. The MTA ensures that the trucking industry speaks with one voice by bringing together truckers, their employees and contractors, and allies to: create a positive image for the industry; provide safe, environmentally clean and essential services; and encourage an economic and political environment that provides our industry with fair competition.
The Minnesota Trucking Association was founded in 1932 to represent the needs of the trucking industry in the state of Minnesota. The MTA provides education, training, and advice to its members, and publishes a weekly dispatch and the monthly "Trucking Minnesota."
