The Georgia Motor Trucking Association is the only organization in the state that provides full-time service and representation for the trucking industry. The GMTA represents more than 400 for-hire carriers, 400 private carriers, and 300 associate members. They offer its members opportunities to participate in its various councils, helping members stay on top of issues effecting their businesses and providing opportunities to partner with enforcement agencies.
The mission of the Georgia Motor Trucking Association is to work to make Georgia the best state in the nation in which to base and operate a trucking company.
